This website, psychreavilla.com, is run by Rea Celine Villa (Psych Rea Villa). For anything about your personal information, write to [email protected].
What we collect, and why
- Contact and session request forms: your name, email, phone number if you give it, your message, and what your enquiry is about. We use them only to reply to you and to arrange the session, talk, or media work you asked about.
- Newsletter: your email address, used only to send you the newsletter.
- Bookings and orders: the details the booking or checkout form asks for, used to deliver your booking or order.
- Cookies: see the cookie banner. Choose Customize to decide which cookies to allow.
Health information
Messages sometimes include information about your health. We treat it as sensitive personal information under the Data Privacy Act of 2012, use it only to respond to you, and only with the consent you give on the form.
How long we keep it
- Enquiries: 12 months, then deleted.
- Newsletter: until you unsubscribe. Every email has an unsubscribe link.
- Orders and bookings: as long as tax and records rules require.
Who we share it with
No one, except the services that run this website (web hosting and email delivery), and only so the site can work.
Your rights
Under the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (RA 10173) you can ask to be informed, to see your information, to correct it, to have it deleted or blocked, to object to its use, to receive a copy, and to withdraw your consent at any time. Write to [email protected] and we reply within 15 days. You can also complain to the National Privacy Commission at privacy.gov.ph.
Security
Access to the site’s administration is limited, and form messages are kept only for the periods above.
Changes
If this policy changes in a way that matters, we update this page and the date at the top.
